Where are you based?
Our workshop is in Reading, Berkshire, and we supply, refurbish and deliver furniture throughout London and the South East.

Can you repair and refurbish existing furniture?
Yes – our experienced team can reupholster and repair chairs, seating and much more. We can fabric match to your existing colour scheme if required, and offer a fast turnaround. Have a look at our Reupholstery page to find out more.

Do you offer a warranty on new or renovated furniture?
Yes we do. Our re-upholstery comes with a 12 month warranty, as do all parts supplied.

Can you carry out health and safety checks on seating?
Yes, we can check chairs and seating and label them as fit for use.

Do you adhere to UK fire regulations?
Absolutely. All fabrics and foams used within both new and reupholstered pieces meet UK fire regulations.

Do the prices on your website include VAT?
No, all prices are subject to VAT.

Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. All repairs will be collected from you and delivered back to you when completed. New pieces will be delivered to you. All pickups and deliveries will be prearranged for a time convenient to you. The majority of orders are delivered free within 50 miles of Reading, although orders under £300 may have a delivery cost. All costs will be confirmed as part of your quotation.

Will my new furniture come flat packed?
No – it will all arrive fully assembled and ready for use. All chairs will arrive in a dust bag, and larger pieces will be delivered according to pre-agreed instructions, dependent on access.

Can I return my new furniture if I change my mind?
Most of the goods we supply are made to order in bespoke sizes and finishes, so as a result we are unable to accept returns.
